  1. Booking Process

    • Confirmation of booking subject to availability. However, most booking will receive confirmation within 24-48 hours period of time.

  2. Driver Requirement

    1. Age requirement to hire a car.

      • Hirer must be between 23 to 65 years old with at least a minimum of 2 years driving experience.

    2. Do I need and International Driving Permit (IDP) to rent a car?

      • If your country driving license is not in English, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is required or an official translation in English authorised by country embassy or relevant authority.

  3. Insurance

    1. What is Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)?

      • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is a type of protection that limits how much a car hire company will charge for repairs.  It limits the driver's liability if the rental car is damaged. This means that the hire car company will not charge you the whole cost if the car gets damaged while you have it. It does not include windscreens, tyres, undercarriage, replacement locks, replacement keys and towing charges. This means that if these parts of the car are damaged, or the car is towed, you will be liable for the whole cost, not just an excess. The CDW only works if you stick to the terms of the rental agreement (which you will sign upon collecting the car).

    2. What is Theft Waiver (THW)?

      • Theft Waiver (THW) is a type of cover for hire cars. It limits the driver's liability if the rental car is stolen. This means that the hire car company will not charge you the whole cost if the car gets stolen while you have it. The THW only works if you stick to the terms of the rental agreement (which you will sign upon collecting the car).

  4. Fuel & Mileage

    1. Can I pick up my car at one location and return it different location?

      • Yes, you can but surcharge applicable subject to location and upon our advice.

    2. I want to pick up or drop off my rental car outside office hours?

      • Our office operation is from 8.30am till 6pm. Surcharge applicable for an out of hours service in some locations. We will advice you the charges upon receiving your booking.

    3. What fuel does the car take?

      • Our cars mostly fuel up with petrol (Ron 95). Our staff will brief you during the collection.

    4. Fuel/Refuel policy.

      • The fuel tank will be full or partly full when you pick up the car. Upon return, it should be the same level. Failed to return the same amount of fuel, we will charge you accordingly.

  5. Payment & Fee

    1. Extra charges for late pick up or drop off?

      • Surcharge applicable for late pick up or drop off. We will advice you the charges at the time of booking.

    2. What currency do I use to pay for the car?

      • It will be in Ringgit Malaysia.

    3. Will I have to pay for anything when I collect the car?

      • When you pick up your car, you will leave a deposit for it. You will also pay extras such as GPS or child seat and additional drivers.

    4. Are there extra charges for drop-off at different location?

      • Yes, surcharge applicable for drop off at different location. We will advice you the charges at the time of booking.

  6. Amendment & Recollection

    1. What is the cancellation policy?

      • You will receive a full refund as long as you cancel the booking before pickup.

    2. What is the no show policy?

      • If you do not pick up the car, you will receive no refund. If the booking is between our office operation hours (8.30am-6pm), we will hold your booking until 6pm. If the booking is during before / after office hour, we will hold the car for 1 hour from your pick up time. A “no show” can be stated as:

        1. Failed to inform your cancellation prior to your pick up time.

        2. Failed to pick up the car at arranged time and date.

        3. Failed to provide the documentation that required to pick up the car.

        4. Failed to provide a credit card in the main driver’s name with enough available funds on it.

    3. Can I amend my booking?

      • If you have not yet picked up the car, it may be necessary to cancel and rebook. Change in reservation may result in rate change. If you have already picked up the car, you can contact us directly for any changes.

    4. How do I cancel my booking?

      • You can call our hotline numbers and also email to us on your cancellation.

    5. What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

      • It is advisable that you put your flight details (if any) upon the collection of your car. If your flight is delayed or you did not add your flight details to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Flight delays and cancellations are out of control, you may get a full refund for your bookings.

  7. Pick Up & Drop Off

    1. What you'll need to bring to collect the car?

      • You will need to bring your driving license and identification card (IC) / passport. If your driving license is not in English, an International Driving Permit or English Translation document is required.

      • Credit card is required in the name of the main driver and with sufficient fund must be presented upon collecting the car to pre authorise the deposit. Debit card or cash as deposit is not acceptable.

    2. Is there any deposit when I pick up my car?

      • Yes. Deposit will be hold through your credit card during the duration of the rental and will be returned (after rental) within 7-14 working days.

    3. Do I benefit from assistance in the event of the vehicle’s breakdown?

      • In the event of a breakdown, you should inform the hire provider as soon as possible. Our hotline is available for 24/7.

    4. Can I drop the car later than the drop-off time?

      • Yes, but we would require you to inform us in advance as there may be extra charges occurred.

    5. What happens if I get a fine or ticket during my booking?

      • You are responsible for any fines or tickets during your rental. When you drop off the car, please let us know for any fines or tickets you have incurred.

    6. How can I avoid additional charges when I drop off my car?

      • By returning the car on time, with the right amount of fuel and without any new damage or excessive dirt.
