Terms & Conditions:
  1. The rental rate(s) is/are 24 hour basis daily not include fuel and driver.
  2. Renter shall be responsible of any parking ticket(s), traffic police or court summons and any damage caused by negligence or misuse of the vehicle be the Renter during rental period.
  3. If rental period may be extended more than 5 hours, we will take the rent as additional day. Should the rental extended less than 5 hours, hourly charges will be charged.
  4. Fuel Service Fees of RM20 in addition to the total cost of refueling is imposed if the car is not replenished during the return. The cost of fuel is based on the fuel tariff.
  5. Hirer and additional driver must be between 23 to 65 years old and possess valid current driving licence or International driving licence with qualified driving experience at least two (2) years.
  6. VEHICLE USAGE & RESTRICTIONS: HIRER ARE NOT PERMITTED TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE TO LABUAN, SARAWAK, BRUNEI & INDONESIA.

Non-operating Hour Charges (After Hours)
  • A minimum sum will be levied for check out and collection of vehicles, before or after business hours.
